Photo Contest to mark 75 years of UNECE United Nations Economic Commission for Europe
On the occasion of UNECE 75th anniversary, the Joint UNECE/FAO Forestry and Timber Section is launching a photo contest in partnership with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) on the theme of “From woodland to woodwork: a photo contest to mark 75 years of UNECE’s commitment to sustainable forest management”.
Photos can be entered in two categories:
- WOODLAND
Tell the story of forests in the UNECE region.
- WOODWORK
Show the versatility, uniqueness, beauty, and practicality of wood. Wood has endless uses, but which one caught your eye?
The contest is entirely on social media and is open to entrants of all skill levels.

Submissions will be accepted until December 2nd.
Five winners for each category will be picked based on the number of likes from the community across all platforms.
