Regular rate – $470 USD (August 31 – September 7, 2023)
Regular early bird rate – $410 USD (By August 30, 2023)
The conference registration fee includes the welcome reception (Sunday, Oct. 8), attendance to all conference sessions and field trip (Monday, October 9 – Thursday, October 12), one conference dinner, one lunch and four coffee breaks. Travel arrangements and accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of the participant.
If you registered for the optional post-conference field trip (organized tour in the Karst Area of the Slovenian-Italian border), the registration fee includes transfer to Slovenia, accommodations with breakfast, two packed lunches, and two dinners.

Post Conference Tour Registration (Thu 12th – Sat 14th Oct)
The post-conference tour registration includes accommodations with breakfast (the number of single rooms will be limited), 2 × lunch, 2× dinner and transport, with the tour ending in Gorizia, Italy. Limited availability (30 registrants).
Post conference tour agenda:
Oct 12 – transfer from Padova to Slovenia, dinner (optional wine tasting)
Oct 13 – Karst region (fire management and post fire restoration), visit the Škocian cave UNESCO world heritage site (lunch and dinner)
Oct 14 – 250 years of forest management (Trnovski gozd – 250 years of fir-beech mountain forest management), Urban forests (end of tour late afternoon in Gorizia)

Refund and Cancellation policy
Full refund minus 10% if canceled by Sat 9th Sep, 50% refund if canceled between Sun 10th Sep and Sat 16th Sep, No refund if canceled on Sun 17th Sep or later
If unable to attend and you want to send someone in your place substitutions are allowed
