Food for sustainability and not just Food

We would like to remind you  the call for paper “Food for sustainability and not just Food” for the “Sustainability of well-being” International Forum to be held in Florence from the 4th to 6th of June, 2015
The deadline for submission of short papers is January 31, 2015.
Submission
Paper submissions and the peer review process will be managed through the “EasyChair” platform (here is the link for submissions). The authors can choose among four thematic areas: “Life Styles”, “Environment”, “Territory” and “Wine”. International experts have been invited and they have agreed to coordinate the sessions.
Awards
A 7 days holiday in a typical tuscan agritourism is the special prize given by the Editorial Scientific Committee to the best paper for each session.
Proceedings
The proceedings will be published by Elsevier in their Agriculture and Agricultural Science Procedia collection.
Furthermore, authors of selected papers, chosen by the Editorial Scientific board, will be invited to submit extended versions for possible inclusion (after a further peer review) in international journals.
The Journals that have promoted this initiative are “Review of Studies on Sustainability”, “Wine Economics and Policy” and “Aestimum”. Other International Journals have joined the initiative.
Programme
We can confirm the participation of important experts on themes and issues closely linked to the achievement of the sustainability of well-being.
Hotel Info
We recommend to all interested in attending to promptly evaluate possible accommodations. June is a perfect time to visit Florence and EXPO 2015 could determine an additional flow of visitors that could limit the availability of accommodations.
We would highly appreciate your attendance, as well as the promotion of the FLORENCE SWIF event among your colleagues and co-workers. Please feel free to forward this Call for Papers.
