Workshop about the management of mountain watersheds in a climate change perspective: from the Alps to the Mediterranean areas”
Save the Date: 28 settembre, University of Bolzano-Bozen, Italy & ONLINE
Il Workshop è organizzato dal Ministero dell’Agricoltura della Sovranità Alimentare e delle Foreste in collaborazione con l’European Forestry Commission Working Party on the Management of Mountain Watersheds, la FAO e SISEF.
The management of mountain watershed represents a very important topic in this
period in which the effects of ongoing climate change have shown all their
destructive force. The management of mountain areas, both in the Alps and in the
Mediterranean area, must accept the challenge launched by climate change by
proposing solutions and actions that combine development and sustainability,
preserving the future of human communities while respecting and protecting the
territory.
