This is a call for participants for a summer school to be held in Chania (Greece) in the context of the COST Action “Strengthening conservation: a key issue for adaptation of marginal/peripheral populations of forest trees to climate change in Europe” (MaP-FGR). This COST Action, chaired by Fulvio Ducci (CRA, Arezzo, Italy) is an excellent opportunity for Mediterranean partners to build capacity on Forest Genetic Resources. The first summer school is dedicated to “Genetic, ecological properties of marginal populations and their importance for conservation and use under climate change”.

The call is open for at least 15 participants from the countries involved in Cost Action FP 1202.
